  • Our course is the no-fuss way to obtain your owner-builder permit - study the course notes, then fill in the accompanying questionnaire.
  • Fax (or mail) the questionnaire back to us. We mark it immediately, and mail your certificate to you the same day.
  • There is no time limit - complete the course overnight if you wish, or within a few days.
  • All information provided in the course is easy to follow and not over-technical.
  • The cost? Only $119 all inclusive.
  • The pass mark is 80%. Less than that and you may try again at no extra charge. A third attempt requires the payment of a $60 fee.

Three Easy Steps!

To be an accredited owner-builder in NSW...

  1. Complete an approved owner-builder information course
  2. Obtain an owner-builder permit (from the NSW Office of Fair Trading)
  3. Obtain a construction permit (from your local Council or Licensed Inspector)
